This November, Bond Street once again transforms into one of London’s most luxurious festive destinations as its iconic Crown Jewel Christmas lights return on Thursday 12th November 2026. Marking the start of the shopping season, the annual switch-on event takes place from 4–8pm. A live brass band will lead a special countdown, with the lights illuminating the street at 7pm.
This Christmas marks the last chance to experience Bond Street’s much-loved lighting scheme before an entirely new design is unveiled for Christmas 2027. The 80,000 energy-efficient LED lights are reusable, recyclable and made with long-life materials. Combined with reduced illumination hours throughout the festive period, these measures will help minimise the environmental impact.
For one evening, Bond Street will be closed to traffic, giving visitors a unique opportunity to explore the street on foot. Against the backdrop of the street’s world-renowned boutiques and flagship stores, shoppers will enjoy an evening of entertainment, live music performances and a programme of special experiences hosted by a selection of the world’s leading luxury brands.
An exceptional evening awaits, bringing together a carefully curated collection of luxury experiences and festive indulgences. The evening’s highlights include the illumination of the Ralph Lauren Giving Tree, in support of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, an exclusive calligraphy experience by Montblanc, and a special selection of drinks and seasonal treats hosted by an exquisite line-up of participating brands, including Sketch, Fendi, Burberry, Audemars Piguet, Etro and Jimmy Choo. Alongside the festive street-side celebrations, visitors can discover Bond Street’s famous Christmas façades, where the world’s most prestigious luxury houses unveil spectacular seasonal displays, becoming London’s most Instagrammable street.
Throughout the festive period, Bond Street’s elegant façades and luxury window displays will create an Instagram-worthy setting. More than a prestigious London shopping destination, the street will become an experience in its own right, inviting visitors to soak up the magic of Christmas and create lasting memories.
