This Armed Forces Day, The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) is offering free entry for military personnel, veterans, and their families to its stunning gardens. Running across all five RHS sites on Saturday 29 June, members of the armed forces and veterans can visit along with their families to enjoy a day exploring beautiful landscapes, world-class horticulture and playgrounds along with fantastic restaurants and garden centres.
The celebrations will be nationwide with RHS Garden Bridgewater, Salford; RHS Garden Harlow Carr, North Yorkshire; RHS Garden Hyde Hall, Essex; RHS Garden Rosemoor, North Devon; and RHS Garden Wisley, Surrey all taking part in the intitive.
Free entry offer is open to all current and former military personnel plus family guests. All that will be required for free entry will be a valid Armed Forces Personnel ID card or veteran ID (e.g. veterans ID card, railcard or a defence discount card).
