Crowd-funded London start-up Wolffepack Limited has been recognised by the Federation of Small Businesses as the Business Exporter of 2018 at last night’s (3 May) FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, hosted by Jon Culshaw. The business designs and markets an innovative backpack that is the only one in the world that swings to the front of the body without having to be unstrapped.
The venture by David Wolffe, former group finance director at HMV, the business has relied entirely on crowdfunding. Wolffepack has over 20,000 customers in 52 countries and explosive revenue growth. Major export markets include Japan, Korea, US, Canada and other EU countries.
