Do you know someone who works at South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust who deserves special recognition?
The Trust has launched its annual staff Quality Awards and is asking for help in choosing the winner of their People’s Choice Award.
This is a brand new category for the awards, which are held every year to recognise the hard work and dedication of Trust staff, and reward them for the exceptional care they give to patients and their families.
The People’s Choice Award is only open to nominations from members of the public, so if you know a staff member who you would like to say thank you to, you have until Friday 29 October to nominate them for the award.
Vanessa Ford, Chief Executive at South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust, said: “This year, we wanted to give the people that we serve – our patients, service users, carers and everyone in our local community – the opportunity to acknowledge and say thank you to our staff.
“We are always so grateful to everyone who takes the time to send in messages of thanks and praise for our staff and teams. It makes such a difference to know you make a positive difference. If you know someone who deserves special recognition, we would really appreciate your support in helping us to celebrate the work they do by nominating them for our People’s Choice Award.”
To nominate a member of staff, you will need to complete an online form explaining your reasons for nominating the individual. You can access the online form here.
Nominations must be submitted no later than Friday 29 October 2021. The Trust is holding an awards ceremony at the end of November, where the winner of the People’s Choice Award will be announced.
