This October, Brent Cross Town, the new North London neighbourhood will launch its inaugural The Funny Club Comedy Festival, a brand new four-night series of some of the funniest live stand-up comedy in the capital.
The Funny Club at Brent Cross Town marks the start of what promises to be a major fixture in the neighbourhood calendar, and for London.

The festival will be hosted at Always Gladice in Neighbourhood Square, the new bar and restaurant concept from North London’s popular restaurant operator Urban Leisure Group, known for The Alice House in West Hampstead and Coin Laundry in Exmouth Market.
Running across two weekends – Friday 16, Saturday 17, Friday 23 and Saturday 24 October – The Funny Club will bring together 20 of London and the UK’s most exciting established and emerging comedians, alongside acclaimed host and MC Tom Webb, for four nights of punchlines and belly laughs.
With tickets priced at £15, all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Home – Mind in Enfield and Barnet, supporting vital mental health services across the North London local community. Always Gladice will also be offering 30% off pre-show food and drinks. MIND advocate that being able to laugh and enjoy moments of humour can boost mental health.
Bringing Social Media Stars to the Live Stage
Inspired by the growing popularity of social-first comedy and the rise of comedians building loyal audiences online, The Funny Club aims to bring some of the UK’s most talked-about comedy talent from ‘screens to stage’.
Taking place in a specially designed comedy club setting within Always Gladice from 7-10pm across the four nights, there will be built in breaks for topping up refreshments throughout the show. Audiences can expect everything from razor-sharp observations and hilarious storytelling to quick-fire one-liners, character comedy and crowd-pleasing improvisation with each evening featuring five acts and a host, ensuring a different experience every night.

Building a Comedy Legacy at Brent Cross Town
The Funny Club has been created to become a legacy event for Brent Cross Town, with ambitions to grow year-on-year as the neighbourhood continues to develop.
Future iterations will see the festival expand across additional venues, feature more performances and attract even bigger audiences, helping establish Brent Cross Town as a destination for arts, culture and entertainment in North London.
