With one in ten parents saying they rarely get enough uninterrupted time to play with their child1, Pampers ‘No Leaks, Just Beats’ baby rave, encouraged families to make time for movement, interaction and play. Babies, toddlers and parents danced and sang along with Jordan Banjo, Peppa Pig and family, while DJ sets from Artful Dodger and Wideboys kept families moving.
Jordan Banjo says: “It’s been great to be a part of an event that gives babies and grown-ups a chance to dance, have fun and make memories together. The track is incredibly catchy – and sharing the decks with Daddy Pig himself was a real highlight.”
The event celebrated the global premiere of the Evie’s Nappy Pants Dance music video, which marks the moment when little ones become more active and wriggly during nappy changes, signalling they may be ready to switch from taped nappies to nappy pants.
Following the event, families across the UK can now join in and learn the Evie’s Nappy Pants Dance at home. Developed in partnership with Speech and Language Therapist Emma O’Dwyer of Baby Speak, the dance moves encourage participation and early communication skills by bringing together simple actions and repetition.
Yi Chang, Pampers Brand Director, says: “At Pampers, we know that some of the most meaningful family moments can come from simple everyday interactions and moments of fun. Through our partnership with Peppa Pig, we wanted to create a playful way for parents and little ones to move, interact and celebrate an important developmental milestone together. What better way to launch it than at a baby rave?!”
