McDonald’s in Barnet, which is owned and operated by local Franchisee Hubs Bakshi, has reopened after a redesign, the result of which promises to deliver a better customer experience for all.
With consumers increasingly looking for greater speed, efficiency and choice when ordering their food, McDonald’s reimaging programme combines a new restaurant layout with the latest technology to create a more seamless and enjoyable experience for customers.
Improvements have been made for restaurant crew with a redesign of the crew room which will create a more relaxing and comfortable space for them to take a well-deserved break.
Local McDonald’s Franchisee, Hubs Bakshi, who owns and operates Barnet McDonald’s in North London, said: “I’m incredibly proud to reinvest in our Barnet High Street restaurant, reflecting our continued commitment to the local community. The redesign brings a fresh, modern look, improved facilities for our customers and a better working environment for our team. With dedicated areas for delivery couriers and a more efficient kitchen, we’re confident the changes will improve the experience for everyone. A huge thank you to our restaurant team for their hard work and dedication. We’re excited to welcome customers back and look forward to serving the Barnet community for many years to come.”
While the traditional walk-in remains core to how customers order, the redesign of McDonald’s kitchen and dining areas will better integrate digital sales channels, the McDonald’s App and make smarter use of internal space to enhance the dine in experience.
With dedicated areas for the different ways to order, the revamp will offer a more efficient way to order and will leave customers with more space to enjoy their meal.
