A new arcade bar has landed in town, and today to mark its arrival NQ64 are launching a two-day pop-up where Londoners can claim FREE beer outside Charing Cross station, in return for a trip down memory lane that 90s babies will go crazy for.

To celebrate the launch of NQ64 Soho, the latest edition to London’s eclectic nightlife scene, the retro arcade bar has partnered with London-based Camden Town Brewery to gift Londoners with FREE beer in exchange for a round of the classic arcade game Guitar Hero.

For two days only(31st May & 1st June)the machine can be found in an unmissable phone box outside Charing Cross station from 11am until 7pm where over-18s will be able to endure the ultimate escapism. Londoners will be able to rock-out to some throwback tracks and do their best and hit those high scores, all in the name of free booze, and some old school reminiscence.

Once players have completed their game they will receive a bounce-back voucher entitling them to a free pint of Camden Hells or Pale beer which can be redeemed in their Soho bar on Berwick Street.

Guitar Hero, released back in 2005, is just one of over 30 arcade games that can be found in NQ64’s arcade bar, alongside some timelessoriginals including Dance Dance Revolution, Pac-Man, Time Crisis and classic console games. For Guitar Hero, players use a guitar-shaped game controller to match notes that scroll on-screen to the sound of some iconic bangers in order to score points.
