Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of S P Chauhan Pharmacy in Barbican, Central London.
S P Chauhan Pharmacy is a community pharmacy that dispenses 2,295 items per month. It is ideally located on a bustling parade close to London’s popular Barbican Centre.
The pharmacy has been owned by Niemans Chemist Ltd for over 20 years and was brought to market as part of a strategic divestment.
Following a confidential sales process with Mark Page at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through Raj Patel at Christie Finance, S P Chauhan Pharmacy has been purchased by first-time buyer, Asad Repon. He intends to improve the number of services offered and strengthen local pharmacy connections.
Asad Repon, the new owner of S P Chauhan Pharmacy, comments, “I wanted to take the next step in my career by running a business I’m truly passionate about, and this pharmacy felt like the perfect opportunity. My goal is to unlock the full potential of the pharmacy by building great relationships with the local community and health sectors, and by focusing on NHS and private services that really meet the needs of our patients and customers.”

S P Chauhan Pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
