BAM Karaoke Box is flipping the script on Blue Monday this January, transforming the so-called most depressing day of the year into a feel-good celebration of music, connection and positivity. On Monday 19 January, BAM Victoria invites guests to sing away the January blues with karaoke priced at just £5 per person for two hours, in aid of CALM Charity (Campaign Against Living Miserably, registered charity no. 1110621)). Proven to boost endorphins and reduce stress, karaoke takes centre stage as the ultimate mood-lifting activity.
To maximise the feel-good factor, guests will be able to sing from BAM’s specially curated “Dopamine Hits” playlist, available across all 22 private karaoke rooms. Designed to boost mood and energy levels, the playlist encourages guests to turn Blue Monday into a positive, uplifting experience, whether belting out pop classics or sing-along anthems with friends.
Alongside karaoke, BAM will be running its ‘Happiest Hour’ all day long, offering £5 house drinks, £7 cocktails or a £18 dinner deal including a house drink, signature main and potato tots. This January, BAM Victoria has also partnered with drinks brand Picoso to introduce a range of standout non-alcoholic cocktails, alongside alcoholic mixers, helping to break down the stigma between sober and wet karaoke. While karaoke is often seen as a late-night, booze-fuelled activity, BAM is encouraging guests to try something different in a more inclusive, feel-good environment.
For those who prefer not to sing, BAM has launched a selection of new music games available in all private rooms, including Name the Song and Karaoke Roulette, and Music Trivia.. The evening will also feature a DJ and open mic, running late into the night to keep the energy high.
With feel-good music, charitable giving, great food and drinks, and entertainment for everyone, BAM Karaoke Box’s Blue Monday event is not one to miss.
