A Bellway London development has been shortlisted as a finalist in the First Time Buyer Magazine Readers’ Awards 2023.
The housebuilder’s Eastside Quarter site in Bexleyheath has been chosen as a finalist in the Best Large Development category of the prestigious awards, which are in their 13th year.
Voting is now open and members of the public can cast their vote in any of the 15 categories until 28 July.
The winners will be announced at a glitzy awards ceremony at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square in September.
Bellway London’s Eastside Quarter has transformed a former civic offices site into an attractive new residential community in the heart of Bexleyheath.
The development comprises a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments within six buildings, with a number of additional features including roof-top and podium gardens, a residents’ gym, a concierge service, parking and a car club.
Bellway London is delivering a total of 518 apartments on the site, with 400 properties for private sale and 118 affordable homes for local people through low-cost rent or shared ownership.
