On Tuesday 16th April, anybody who fancies some expert life advice – whether with time, money, relationships or otherwise – can head to Café Coco Momo in Marylebone, London, which is being rebranded at the Best Life Café for that day. Between 07:30 and 15:00 guests can attend free workshops on how to live more of their best lives.
Research by Direct Line found that over four fifths (81 per cent) of Brits feel like their lives aren’t on track. In addition, a huge 74 per cent of us feel pressure to live our best lives, yet only half (51 per cent) are happy with their lives and over a third (34 per cent) say they have no time to spend doing the things they love.
That’s why Direct Line is launching the Best Life Café for one day only on 16th April.
For anyone who needs a pep talk, to de-stress or to just get away from the office, the Best Life Café will have a whole host of experts standing by to offer a helping hand in all aspects of life, from achieving a good night’s sleep to decluttering your home and everything in between. Plus, if it’s calmness and serenity people are in need of, there will be yoga sessions, mindful art and even some fluffy bunnies to help visitors feel restored.
