Bōkan in Canary Wharf launches Hendrick’s Gin Rooftop Terrace

Pairing jaw-dropping views with sky-high cocktails, Bōkan in Docklands by Canary Wharf – one of London’s most iconic rooftop dining destinations – is taking summer to new heights with a whimsical transformation of its open-air terrace, in collaboration with Hendrick’s Gin.

Set on the 39th floor in Canary Wharf, the all-weather terrace is the ultimate spot for sun-soaked afternoons, golden-hour drinks and late-night soirées, with London’s skyline glittering in every direction. Inside, the bar has also been given a fresh seasonal lift, blending sleek design with summery elegance.

Bar Manager Generoso D’Avino has shaken up a new cocktail list for the summer, serving four new creations: Lychee & Blossom with Hendrick’s Gin, It’s Thyme with Monkey Shoulder, Highland Fig with Glenfiddich 15 Year Old, and Island Breeze with Discarded Banana Peel Rum.

To complement the cocktails, Executive Chef Robert Manea serves up elevated bar plates, from wagyu beef burgers and British cheese and charcuterie boards to a showstopping seafood platter. Sweet treats include speculoos gnocchi, Baileys cheesecake and a classic tiramisu.
