From breakfast through to the evening commute, Blumenthal – famous for his bold, inventive flavour combinations – will be serving hungry commuters reimagined comfort classics. Think velvety, warming soups, oozy golden cheese toasties, irresistible sausage rolls and moreish mac and cheese, all elevated with Boursin’s rich, creamy Blue Cheese Flavour.
