Following a sell-out London show back in 2019, Spanish rapper C. Tangana has announced a return to the UK with a special show at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on Saturday 3 September 2022.

C. Tangana has helped redefine and transcend the urban music genre through his artistic vision and passion. His 2021 release El Madrileño was a very personal project and featured visual interpretations of every track in collaboration with his own production company, Little Spain. The album also saw him collaborate with legends such as Gipsy Kings, José Feliciano, Toquinho and Eliades Ochoa, as well as other contemporary artists Omar Apollo, Ed Maverick, and Carin Leon, among others.
Upon its release, El Madrileño amassed over 5 million streams in Spotify Spain within its first 24 hours and positioned all 14 tracks in the Top 50 chart, making it the best performing debut of any Spanish artist in history. The album also made it to the No.1 spot on Spotify’s Top 10 Global Album Debuts as well as No.6 in the U.S. If that wasn’t enough, the release has also received 5 Latin Grammy nominations in 2021.
