Canary Wharf’s sell out wellbeing festival, Wharf Wellness, returns for one whole month in June

Canary Wharf’s signature health and wellbeing event, Wharf Wellness, is returning this summer bigger and better than ever, following a sell-out year in 2024.

Whether visitors want to power up before heading into the office with a waterside Pilates session at Eden Dock in partnership with Third Space, take a break away from their desk to join lululemon’s run club, or unwind in the evening with inspiring talks and workshops at arc community, Canary Wharf’s brand-new communal contrast therapy sauna – this year’s event is offering experiences to nurture the body, mind and soul.

With a range of events, feel good experiences and discounts, the festival blends the natural benefits of the neighbourhoods’ unique outdoor spaces, such as the new Eden Dock, scenic waterside boardwalks and tranquil green spaces, with the expertise of leading wellness brands.

The month-long event is jam packed with free events so visitors can try something new to shake up their wellness routine, including exclusive reformer Pilates taster sessions at Freedom Clinics, run clubs and yoga sessions with lululemon, Jo Malone hand massages, and body care consultations at Malin+Goetz. Visitors will still need to sign up for the free events to secure their space.

Visitors will also find a focus on self-care with brands such as Space NK, Get A Drip, Blink Brow Barand Townhouse offering stunning discounts and exclusive services – all designed to help visitors feel their best.

Building on the success of last year’s event, the neighbourhood has continued to grow as a wellness destination. Eden Dock, the Wharf’s new waterside haven created in partnership with the Eden Project, will experience its first summer in bloom for the festival, so visitors can see the floating forests and aquatic habitats in all their glory. Open Water Swimming is also back in the crystal clear waters of the dock from Thursday 5th June and is the perfect place for visitors to cool off with temperatures rising.

Culture lovers can look forward to a packed Alfresco Arts schedule of theatre and lunchtime musical performances. Canary Wharf’s innovative Short Story Stations can also be found at Crossrail Place Roof Garden and Jubilee Place – literary machines that dispense free one, three and five-minute stories for visitors to read, ideal for commuters who are tired of scrolling on the train, for the month of June featuring an Earth & Environment Collection in partnership with Penguin Books.

Canary Wharf also host a selection of always on free-to-visit activities and attractions, including a 9-hole minigolf course by creative duo Craig & Karl, colourful ping pong tables, a free to explore ‘Raise Your Art Rate’ art trail, and 16.5 acres of open space to enjoy.

Visitors can find a bite to eat at over 80 cafes, bars and restaurants at Canary Wharf, including British nose-to-tail dining by the team behind Fallow at Roe, plant-based restaurant mallow, or Kricket for dishes inspired by the flavours of India.
