Celebrities gathered for a chic event at Old Sessions House tonight as Ruggable unveiled their latest collection with award-winning British interior designer, Matthew Williamson.
TV personalities Cat Deeley and Emma Willis were seen enjoying themselves at the evening soiree, with Emma having presented The Voice UK this year, as well as the UK’s first series of Love is Blind on Netflix with her husband Matt Willis.
Also in attendance was Matthew’s long-time friend Alan Carr, who has just returned as presenter of Interior Design Masters, hosting the show’s first ever BBC Children In Need Celebrity Special. British-American fashion designer, Savannah Miller, also showed her support, having worked with Matthew Williamson before creating her own label Twenty8Twelve together with her sister Sienna Miller.
The new collection combines Williamson’s vibrant, recognisable travel-inspired designs and rich colour palettes with Ruggable’s durable and livable format. Inspired by wanderlust and nature, these rugs transform any space with bold expressions of colour and pattern.
The collection consists of six eye-catching styles, both flat woven and tufted, and are available with classic and cushioned rug pads. All of the stunning designs come in a variety of sizes and feature Ruggable’s two-piece machine washable rug system to ensure they are durable and fit for any home.
The collaboration marks the first collection launched specifically by Ruggable UK’s team. Matthew Williamson and Ruggable share a joint goal for creating beautiful designs without compromising on functionality, making him a seamless fit for the brand.
Speaking about the launch, Matthew Williamson said; “This collection is inspired by my home in Mallorca which gives me a feeling of wanderlust every time I visit. It’s a beautiful space characterised by rich colours and is full of touches from the outside world. We worked hard to bring through these influences in the designs so that each piece in the collection adds a vibrant, natural feel to any space it is used in, but without compromising on the utility we all need in everyday life.”
