This season, Park Hyatt London River Thames invites guests to embrace the magic of Christmas with a thoughtfully curated series of festive experiences, spanning their dining and wellness spaces. Each experience is designed to encourage guests to celebrate the warmth of the holidays. Festive celebrations begin on Monday, 17 November, with the hotel’s transformation by Wildabout Flowers – a timeless, classical Christmas design that reflects the understated elegance of the Park Hyatt brand – and the launch of a Christmas Family Staycation package. Guests can enjoy 50% off a second room when booking their stay and participate in a programme of curated seasonal experiences such as luxurious wreath-making and champagne workshops, and two indulgent spa escapes on the hotel’s dedicated wellness floor. At the heart of this year’s celebration, guests can immerse in a 3D dining experience, ‘The Magic Table’, at TAMISé (from 27 November) and a Festive Sunday Brunch at The Nine Elms Kitchen | Terrace (from 16 November).

The Magic Table

Overlooking the River Thames, The Magic Table at TAMISé offers guests an immersive 3D dining experience which transforms the table into a storyteller, where holographic projections and interactive visuals respond to each guest’s choices, creating a personalised narrative and multisensory journey with every course. The two-hour dinner show offers a decadent five-course menu created by Executive Chef Fabrice Lasnon, priced from £145, with a dedicated children’s menu (£90) and optional wine pairing (£50). Launching from 27 November two evening seatings – at 6pm and 8.30pm – invite diners to embark on a sensorial journey where fine dining meets captivating theatre.

Drinking & Dining

At The Nine Elms Kitchen | Terrace, the culinary team presents a series of festive menus showcasing the season’s finest ingredients. From 17 November to 26 December, guests can enjoy three- or four- course Festive Set Menus for lunch or dinner, priced at £55 per person, with à la carte options also available all day.

Every Sunday from 16 November to 28 December, the restaurant will host a Festive Sunday Brunch from 12.30pm onwards, featuring a lavish buffet of seasonal starters, traditional mains, and indulgent desserts, priced at £85 per adult and £35 for children under 12.

On Christmas Day, a four-course seafood-led celebration menu will showcase the very best of festive dining to welcome the new year with style. Served from 12.30pm to 10pm, this menu is priced at £135 per person. The experience includes a decadent dessert counter and a dedicated children’s sweets corner, with a four-course children’s menu priced at £50.

Amid the bustle of the season, the hotel’s Festive Afternoon Tea at The Nine Elms Bar | Lounge provides a welcome pause. Seasonal creations include a cranberry chocolate sphere and mince pie scones, complemented by elegant teas from JING. Priced at £65 per person, this experience can be elevated further with optional champagne pairings.

To ring in the New Year, a special New Year’s menu featuring seafood and caviar dishes will be available from 27 December to 4 January, priced at £55 for three courses or £65 for four courses. On New Year’s Eve, an exclusive celebration menu will mark the occasion in true Park Hyatt style.

Wreath-Making & Champagne Workshops

Adding a creative flourish to the festivities, guests can also join wreath-making workshops in collaboration with Wildabout Flowers. Under the guidance of expert florists, participants will craft their own bespoke wreaths to take home, using seasonal foliage and decorative touches. Priced at £180, including champagne and canapés, the workshops are a perfect way to get creative with family and friends in the lead-up to Christmas. Sessions will take place on Saturday 22 November (12–2.30pm) and Wednesday 26 November (5.30–7.30pm).
