Côte Brasserie opens up new Thames Terrace perfect for summer soirées

The must-visit bar and restaurant venue of the summer is now open – Côte Brasserie has opened its new terrace at Hay’s Galleria with a stunning view of Tower Bridge over the River Thames after a chic restaurant refurbishment.

Whether you’re working in the city and looking for a new regular spot to enjoy after-work drinks, or visiting the capital for the first time, the new terrace is a luxury location to gather with friends and snap the perfect picture.

The recently unveiled terrace is part of the newly refurbished Hay’s Galleria restaurant, a redesigned space where every seat feels like the best seat in the house, with a brand-new bar to add some French flair to your evenings.

The restaurant also features a stunning private space upstairs which can be booked for parties or events – ideal for extra-special celebrations.

To help diners get into the summer spirit on the brand-new terrace, a selection of exclusive Spritz Carafes will be available to purchase throughout the whole of August in the Hay’s Galleria restaurant, as well as at Côte St Katharine Docks.

The Citrus Spritz (£31.25) is Côte’s take on the classic Aperol Spritz, with Pampelle grapefruit liqueur made from Corsican hand harvested grapefruits, and Fever-Tree blood orange soda.

Serving up a taste of the French Riviera, the Provence Rosé Spritz (£32.95) mixes Mirabeau Rosé Gin and Anciens Temps Rosé wine, blended with Fever-Tree raspberry & orange blossom soda.

The Pentire Coastal Spritz (£27.95) brings a taste of the seaside to the terrace, with non-alcoholic Pentire Coastal apéritif with blood orange, oakwood & sea rosemary, served with a splash of Fever-Tree Light Tonic.

A fruity twist on a refreshing classic, the new Raspberry Mojito (£32.95) is made with Planteray 3 Stars white rum, lemon, Fever-Tree Raspberry & Orange Blossom Soda, garnished with raspberry and fresh mint.

If you’re heading to Côte to sip on a summer spritz, you can also feast on Côte’s wider Summer Specials menu too, where world flavours meet French favourites. Designed to give diners a taste of flavours from around the world, the menu includes seven new dishes and drinks, inspired by every continent. Each one a fusion of heart-and-soul French cooking and irresistible ingredients from different global cuisines.
