Dabbers has always placed entertainment at the heart of bingo, with stellar hosts and electrifying performances making each event unforgettable. The hilarious, wild, one-of-a-kind contest will be hosted by acclaimed musical comedian Katie Pritchard.
Entrants will follow in the footsteps of fantastic performers including Viggo Venn, Kate Butch, Dan Tiernan, Lorna Rose Treen, Ali Brice and Amy Webber. The winner will take away a £1,500 cash prize, the chance to perform at one of the UK’s major summer festivals and guaranteed work at Dabbers Social Bingo over the next 12 months. Fusing comedy, hosting, and bingo calling, the competition attracts stand-ups, drag artists, cabaret performers, and quirky characters from across the UK. And with a judging panel including agents and festival bookers the competition has proven itself as a career-changing opportunity.
The competition kicks off in April at Dabbers HQ (Houndsditch, EC3, just a 4-minute walk from Aldgate Tube) with the Grand Final in July, where the nation’s top new comedy callers will battle for the title. Tickets to join in the fun playing bingo and discovering new talent in our fabulous audience are free (but limited) so book early to avoid disappointment!
