Dreams Come True, the UK’s only national wish-granting charity exclusively supporting children living in the highest areas of deprivation, is inviting supporters to don their Santa suits and join the iconic London “Santa in the City” Run this December.
This much-loved festive event, taking place on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th December 2025, is the perfect opportunity to get into the Christmas spirit while helping make life-changing dreams come true for children living with serious illnesses, disabilities, and life-limiting conditions.
Dreams Come True is rallying the public to join its #DreamTeam and raise vital funds through this unforgettable festive challenge.
Participants can choose whether to walk or run a 4km route through central London, starting and finishing in Paternoster Square.
The route takes in some of the capital’s most iconic sights, including St Paul’s Cathedral, Millennium Bridge, Tower Bridge, and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, a truly magical way to experience the city’s festive lights.
To mark the 10th Anniversary of Santa in the City there will also be a Santa Walk each evening alongside the classic runs, making the event accessible for all ages and abilities.
Every adult participant receives a 5-piece Santa Suit (hat, beard, jacket, trousers & belt), race number, and medal, while under-18s run free. Families are encouraged to take part together and make magical festive memories.

The event also marks an end to an exciting year following its 2025 rebrand and partnership with The Big Table Group, home to beloved UK restaurant brands including Bella Italia, Las Iguanas, Banana Tree, Frankie & Benny’s, and Chiquito.
Together, Dreams Come True and The Big Table Group aim to inspire communities nationwide to fundraise, volunteer, and make a real difference in the lives of children across the UK.
