Castle Square in Elephant and Castle welcomes a vibrant new cocktail bar, Cherry Tiger, which opened on Wednesday 27th April by Mother Kelly’s, the well-known taproom and bottle shops franchise across London.
Set in a bright, open and modern space, Cherry Tiger is the newest venture from the craft beer and taphouse experts, Mother Kelly’s which is now expanding into the cocktail bar scene. The bar opening is being led by Founder Nigel Owen, who has decades of experience working in the hospitality and mixology industry across London.
Located in the heart of Zone 1’s newest foodie and cultural destination Castle Square, Cherry Tiger will be the latest addition to the diverse food and beverage offering in Elephant and Castle, offering a vibrant, relaxed and welcoming space with delicious cocktails at a reasonable price. It is the first cocktail bar at Castle Square, serving up a new exciting and evolving menu of drinks and will soon grow their offering to include snacks and food collaborations with the local restaurants.
With no need to book in advance and dogs welcome, Cherry Tiger presents a relaxed space with many comfortable chairs to enjoy both inside and outside. With eleven classic cocktail’s currently on the menu, the ever evolving list of cocktails will change seasonally. Current favourites on the cocktail menu consist of the Grapefruit Daiquiri and Clover Club. For those who like something slightly more traditional, The New York Sour and Old Fashioned is not to be missed. Raspberry Collins, a delicious mocktail, is also on the menu to cater to those who don’t drink and include all in experiencing the exciting mixology that Cherry Tiger has to offer
