Returning for its 17th season, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is back with a host of adrenaline fuelled updates, including a brand new Five Peaks challenge and the much anticipated return of Wilde Maus XXL. Running for six weeks from 21st November 2024 to 5th January 2025, the world’s best destination for festive fun will feature over 100 rides and rollercoasters with something for everyone…
Brand new Five Peaks Pass
Brand new for this year, visitors can scale the heights of the most iconic Winter Wonderland rides in style with the Five Peaks Pass. The Five Peaks Pass includes access to Munich Looping, The Hangover, Aeronaut Starflyer, Airborne and Blizzard, and a free fast-track upgrade on all five rides (worth £10!). Enjoy the ultimate high-altitude experience and sport the badge of honour that you took on the most towering rides at Winter Wonderland. Exhilarating Coasters – For the ultimate thrillseekers
Due to popular demand, Wilde Maus XXL is back after a year-long hiatus, giving visitors the ride of their life as they adventure through multiple twists and turns. Euro Coaster also makes its return as one of Winter Wonderland’s longest standing rides, inviting thrillseekers to watch their legs dangle from up high as it twists you along its 370m long track. An exciting recent addition to Winter Wonderland, The Time Machine Coaster harnesses the power of time as you twist, turn and spin your way into next week on this steampunk-inspired ride.
High Adrenaline – For all those adrenaline junkies looking for maximum g-force and breathtaking speeds
At a staggering 85m high, The Hangover is the tallest transportable drop-tower in the world and boasts some of the best views across London – if you dare keep your eyes open at the top! All your childhood dreams of flying are made true as you whiz through the air on the dizzyingly 80m high Aeronaut Starflyer– the largest transportable one of its kind in the world. Get ready for the feeling of non-stop adrenaline as you spin 360 degrees through the air, 65m above Hyde Park on Blizzard.
This fast white knuckle ride will truly take your breath away! The XXL is one of the first high G-force pendulum-style mega rides in Europe and can swing to breathtaking heights of 47m, with a claw that rotates at a maximum speed of 15 RPM. Whilst the giant Airborne ride is for the bravest of thrill seekers! Feel like a pilot during lift off as you fly 65m high and see the world upside down whilst you flip and roll through the sky.
Family Favourites – There’s something for everyone
Après Ski Party Funhouse, the ski-themed multi-level funhouse is a huge walk-through that will transport you to the snowy mountains of the Alps with moving steps, wobbly floors and a unique double slide. Prepare for a scare if you brave the Haunted Mansion, where festive meets frightening in this spooktacular attraction. Will you be able to handle what is around the next corner?
Take a gentle ride through the beautiful winter snowscape on Snow Jet but beware – this sleigh shifts gear to become one of the fastest rides at the event. Make sure you hold onto your hat! Enjoy the ultimate fairground experience and see Hyde Park from all angles as you spiral down the lighthouse Helter Skelter on this traditional favourite, great for youngsters and the young at heart.
