Get ready to embark on a cultural journey through South East Asia at ‘CelebrASIA’, taking place at Battersea Power Station from 13th to 15th September 2024. This exciting festival, hosted in collaboration with ASEAN High Commissioners and Ambassadors, will showcase the very best that South East Asian culture has to offer.

CelebrASIA, hosted at the iconic London landmark, will have something for everyone to experience and enjoy. From playing traditional ASEAN childhood games and enjoying live performances to learning a new skill at the arts and crafts workshops and feasting on regional delicacies – the festival will be a cultural event visitors will not want to miss.

Foodies attending the festival can expect many and varied culinary delights, with South East Asian cuisines widely recognised as some of the most delicious in the world! Guests will be invited to enjoy traditional delicacies from a wide range of renowned chefs from the region, including Old Chang Kee, and Budgie Montoya. In addition, there will be a wide range of delectable street food vendors, such as Eat Lah and Pandan Bakery from Malaysia, Yaay Yaay from Thailand, Makatcha from Indonesia and Hanoi Kitchen from Vietnam.

Decorative Wonders: Be transported with stunning decorations such as elephant sculptures, traditional kites, hundreds of lanterns, and immersive Tuk Tuk installations
Arts and Crafts: Participate in creative workshops including lantern making, Batik art, and pewter crafting with Royal Selangor – perfect for guests of all ages
Live Performances: Enjoy traditional dances, orchestras, DJ sets by Half East Records lead by Deejay NYE, and performances by the Battersea Power Station Community Choir
ASEAN Games: Engage in traditional childhood games from various South East Asian countries at Malaysia Square, ranging from Filipino ‘Tumbang preso’ (tin can throwing) to Vietnamese ‘Meo Duoi Chuot’ (cat and mouse)
The Grand Tour: Giving mini-explorers and their families a chance to learn more about the region throughout the Power Station with a fun and interactive quiz to end their adventure
