Westfield London is offering the chance to step into a world where science meets sensation with the launch of its new luxury wellness experience, Feel the Frequency. Visitors can expect an immersive sensorium with a number of thoughtfully curated zones to explore, which will be free to enter and runs from Wednesday 25th March to Saturday 4th April.
The event marks the launch of Westfield London’s expanded, premium health and wellness offering at The Village, which blends luxury and innovation to deliver a curated collection of high-end health services and products.
Feel the Frequency will be nestled among The Village’s new health and medical concepts, and reflects the growing demand for science‑backed, immersive wellbeing that is integrated into everyday life. From immersive activations to hands-on experiences, visitors will be able to move through a series of curated zones exploring breathwork, meditation, movement, neurostimulation rituals and sensorial wellness bars.
Everything has been designed to reset mind, body and energy across three zones, featuring:

The SANCTUM Lab | Powered by SANCTUM
SANCTUM, the modern wellness brand blending mindfulness, movement and music brings its world to life. In the SANCTUM Lab, guests can explore SANCTUM’s digital wellbeing platform through guided discovery, affirmation practices and curated visual storytelling – a calm moment of stillness within the centre. SANCTUM translates its philosophy into short‑form, 20‑minute guided sessions, designed to help guests reset and re‑energise before stepping back into their day.
Live sessions will also be hosted in a separate dedicated space, including a music-led, high-intensity energiser experience, and an affirmation session with guest Mimi Ikonn. The aim of both is to bring presence, breath and movement into focus – an expression of the brand’s mission to make clarity, connection and energy more accessible.
Mood Apothecary | Powered by G Spot
G Spot, the functional soda brand founded by Gillian Anderson, powers the Mood Apothecary – will be serving their range of sodas that blend adaptogens and nootropics to support energy, calm and mood. Guests can complete a short mood‑match quiz to receive their tailored drink and explore an interactive library of ingredients, scents and botanicals to discover their functional benefits.
G Spot will also host a series of guided workshops, translating the brand’s playful, unconventional approach to wellness into live experiences.
Synapse Spa | Powered by Samphire Neuroscience
Samphire Neuroscience brings science‑first wellness to the Synapse Spa; a calm, engaging space where brain‑based innovation for women’s health takes centre stage. Guests can experience Samphire’s Nettle™ headset, designed to support mood balance and cognitive wellbeing, through guided meditation and non‑invasive microcurrent sessions.
Neuroscientist co-founder Dr. Emilė Radytė will lead selected talks on endometriosis and PMS, complemented by live demonstrations exploring the science behind brain health, hormones and mood. Guests will be able to take home Cycle‑Brain Guides, which share the latest research on hormone‑brain connections.
