Musicians from across the UK are set to perform a special one-off gig on Thursday 8th June to mark the launch of Amazon’s all-new Echo Pop.
Fleur East will return to her London roots to head the line-up of musicians and buskers, with Liv Harland, Luke Silva and Emelie Hallett set to support throughout the day.
Lucky Waterloo Station commuters and music fans will be able to enjoy classic covers and original music from the artists throughout the day. Singer-songwriter, TV and radio host, Fleur East will begin her set at 6pm with a special performance of her song, Count the Ways.
The performers will be joined by a giant Echo Pop smart speaker to provide the backing tracks with Alexa helping to cue the music and more.
Available this week, Echo Pop is a loveable semi-sphere smart speaker available in four colour options including the all-new Lavender Bloom and Midnight Teal as well as Charcoal and Glacier White.
It features a custom-designed front-facing directional speaker to deliver full sounds that’s great for bedrooms, flats, or any small space in the home. Users can simply ask Alexa to read audiobooks, play podcasts, control compatible smart lights and plugs, or reorder household essentials.
Echo Pop sleeves (sold separately) add even more colour options – Blue, Red, Orange, Grey, Lilac, Purple, and Glow in the Dark– and are available for £19.99.
