As day one of Leeds Festival commenced and crowds began to form at Bramham Park, Maisie Smith & Max George were just some of the celebs spotted walking towards the golden arches ready for the free McDonald’s frenzy.

Former Eastenders star, Maisie, 22, looked stylish as she wowed crowds with her bespoke McDonald’s cowgirl hat & bomber jacket.

Whilst boyfriend and former The Wanted band-member, Max, 34, opted for a vibrant blue shirt adorned with the fan favourite McDonald’s Fries.

The celeb duo were spotted laughing and having their photo taken on McDonald’s impressive glitter Golden Arches swing. Covered with over 1,000 metallic gold discs, the spectacular structure drew in the crowds – with queues of fans eager to be snapped next.

As the couple handed out Fries to hungry festival-goers, Maisie told the crowd “I’m such a festival girl, I just love the vibes. It’s extra-special being here with Max to watch our fav artists tonight”.

The McDonald’s iconic Fries van has been touring the UK’s festival circuit serving FREE portions of world-famous Fries with stops at Creamfields South, Parklife, TRNSMT, Flackstock and now, the final stop of the summer – Leeds Fest. And if feeding the festivalgoers for free isn’t fun enough, McDonald’s is also kitting out customers with free hats, shirts & fans for the ultimate 2023 festival look!

The McDonald’s van will be giving away more than 6,000 portions of free Fries and hundreds of pieces of exclusive merch across the 3-day festival. Spanning over 13 stages, Leeds festival goers were treated to sets from Billie Eilish, The 1975, Becky Hill and Imagine Dragons, as well as Central Cee, The Killers, and Sam Fender over the course of this weekend, with the music continuing this evening.
