This September, snacking brand graze will host a series of ‘go graze sessions’; a trio of events
lead by fitness & wellness influencers to encourage consumers to get snacking & moving!
Taking place from
Saturday 13 September,
the free sessions will be open for a limited number of consumers, with guests receiving a graze goodie bag
and other branded goodies as well as complimentary graze snacks – perfect to have on-the-go, any time of day.

Sophie
Jones (184,000 Instagram followers) who has gone viral for her rejection therapy videos will be hosting a graze Picnic for friends, families
and members of the public. They will be invited to join Sophie for an afternoon of games and snacks, all provided by graze. The first 25 groups will be gifted their very own picnic blanket

Start the morning with graze and yoga as influencer and yoga instructor
Ruben
DeMonte (222k Instagram followers), will be encouraging people to get their day off to the best possible start with a mindful yoga for beginners’
session. Ruben is a former professional ballet dancer, with movement at the heart of everything he does. He regularly runs relaxing yoga retreats and is qualified in Functional Range Conditioning, yoga therapeutics, anatomy, and breathwork. Everyone attending
will be given a branded yoga mat.

AFTER WORK: GO RUN: 6pm – 7:30pm / The Coffee Studio, Wandsworth / Tuesday 23 September

Brown (25,300 TikTok followers) graze Run will be a post-work evening run right in the heart of London, with a leisurely scenic 5K route through
Battersea Park and along the River Thames. Runners will meet at The Coffee Studio to get energised with some graze snacks, with the first 25 runners gifted with a graze tote bag containing a running vest, cap, water bottle and graze snacks.
