This summer, Fremantle Bar & Kitchen at Royal Victoria Dock is firing up the grills and popping the spritz with the launch of its brand new BBQ & Spritz Menu, available from 14th June.
Drawing on global influences with a distinctly Australian edge, the new offering is packed with punchy flavours, seasonal ingredients and laid-back Docklands energy.
New highlights include
Spiced Salmon with Cauliflower Couscous, Char Siu Chicken Breast, Miso & Lemongrass Aubergine Steak, and standout flatbreads like
Smoked Brisket with Guacamole and Mediterranean Veg with Lemon Ricotta. The updated breakfast and brunch dishes, served until 2pm, include
Poached Pear & Blueberry Brioche, Aussie Cured Salmon Poke Bowl, and Burrata Toast with Caramelised Apple.
On the drinks side, the
Spritz Menu is a collaboration between Fremantle Bar & Kitchen, East London Liquor Co., and FAIR Spirits, championing mindful mixing and ethical sourcing. Each spritz is refreshingly crafted for summer sipping on the terrace. Highlights include
Sun on the Docks East London Rum, Fair Kumquat, Fair Passion, Mango puree and Prosecco (£12).
A Mule Glow Up, with East London Vodka, Fair Acai, Strawberry puree, Ginger beer (£12).
With cocktails, local beers, and a relaxed all-day vibe, Fremantle remains a go-to for
