From 7am – 8pm on Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th November, commuters at King’s Cross St Pancras Station will be treated to an early taste of Christmas as a festive green and red, giant 7ft tall advent calendar, complete with a huge gingerbread man, pops up at the Station.
Each day, anyone walking by will be invited to sip on free Christmas flavoured teas, offering festive warmth for the daily commute. Two special blends will be available to sample:
Snowball; a blend of chocolatey, marshmallow-y, coconut-y goodness, packed with chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and topped with vegan mini marshmallows. The perfect indulgent winter treat
Gingerbread Chai; a caffeine-free rooibos blend inspired by the Nordic city of Bergen, bursting with fiery spice notes of cardamom, cinnamon and ginger
Visitors can also take part in a festive giveaway by interacting with the giant advent calendar, for a chance to win one of five limited edition Christmas Teas to take home. Additional seasonal flavours up for grabs include Mulled Cider, Starry Night, and Irish Cream.
Whether grabbing a cup on the go or pausing to soak in the seasonal spectacle, Londoners can expect a joyful start to the festive season, right in the heart of one of the city’s busiest stations.
