GOGGLEBOX stars Sandra Martin and Sandi Bogle have revealed they want to release a reggae track following their recording debut singing White Christmas.
Originally recorded last year but not released due to contractual obligations, White Christmas was sung by 16-year-old singer songwriter Jack Rose, Sandi Bogle from Channel 4’s Gogglebox and Channel 5’s Celebrity Big Brother and Sandra Martin from Gogglebox. However, the unseen video that has just appeared on Jack’s YouTube channel was never released.
The opinionated duo who shot to fame on the telly show will be popping up on our telly screens over the festive season, showed off their vocals during this hilarious version of the classic Christmas song with the 16-year-old singer songwriter.
As they got into the studio with Kent lad Jack to vie for the top spot in the charts, a giggling Sandra joked: “I hope you remember me Jack when you’ve made your millions and millions. You’ll say: ‘This is my granny, you know. When I was 14 she was there for me, babes.’ When he ignores me, I’ll just put this video up on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook and say: ‘Jack, it’s you. Remember me?’”
Sandi said: “I always thought me and Jack would hit it off because he’s great and I think we’ll be doing some more in the future. Sandra does like her reggae, so she and I have to do a reggae track next year. She does love a bit of Bob Marley, so something will have to come out of that.”
The two ladies who left Gogglebox earlier this year are currently in different pantos but have plans to do more things together for 2018, kicking off with some special appearances in festive TV shows this Christmas.
