Give this years’ Christmas shopping experience a boost of flavour, and travel like a VIP with Grey Poupon. The iconic whole grain and Dijon mustard brand is turning back the clock to 1981 to recreate their iconic advertising campaign, to help last minute Christmas shoppers battle the crowds in Grey Poupon style for one day only.
Staying true to its splendorous roots, Grey Poupon is launching a complimentary Rolls Royce chauffer service for busy London shoppers, in a nostalgic nod to its most iconic TV advert, which saw a British gentleman enjoying a snack in his chauffeur driven Rolls Royce, famously coining phrase, ‘Pardon me, would you have any Grey Poupon?’
Catching the eye of many, the legendary advert has been reworked over the years from a reference in 1992 cult comedy Wayne’s World, to Grammy nominated Kendrick Lamar name dropping Grey Poupon and recreating the ad in his music video for his hit single Humble.
Dramatically enhancing the Christmas experience, Grey Poupon will grant last minute shoppers their very own chauffer driven Rolls Royce, bookable through a dedicated hotline. A classic Silver Cloud Rolls Royce will arrive at the requested pick up location of choice* and transport customers in style between key central shopping destinations**, such as Covent Garden, Bond Street, Regent Street, to grab last-minute Christmas shopping must-haves, making a typically stressful experience more like ‘one of life’s finer pleasures’.
In true Grey Poupon style this will not be the average journey, after being whisked away by a personal chauffer, passengers will also be able to enjoy a flavoursome silver service snack en route. Including a selection of classic Christmas nibbles and cold cuts, accompanied with the pièce de résistance – a jar of the finest Grey Poupon, a recipe made with a unique blend of white wine, resulting in a much more well rounded flavour. All washed down with a crisp and refreshing glass of chardonnay.
To book the upgraded shopping experience, savvy shoppers can call the Grey Poupon hotline and book a chauffer for 20th December, on 07826435272. The hotline is now open for bookings, between 9am – 6pm.
