Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and the Clermont Hotel Group will open the UK’s first Hell’s Kitchen at The Cumberland Hotel in Spring 2026, bringing its trademark fire, theatre and signature dishes to Marble Arch, London. The opening marks the much-anticipated arrival of one of Gordon Ramsay’s most recognisable restaurant brands to the UK, following celebrated launches in eight iconic locations including Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Miami, Washington D.C and Ibiza.

Designed as a high-energy spectacle set around an open kitchen, Hell’s Kitchen London will occupy a striking new space set across 7500 square feet within The Cumberland Hotel, with a capacity of over 200 covers including four chefs’ tables and a dedicated bar area.

Design & Interiors: A Space Built for Spectacle

Guests at Hell’s Kitchen at The Cumberland Hotel will experience the full drama of the open kitchen, where chefs work in full view of the room, wearing signature red and blue bandanas. The open kitchen glows with the brand’s signature flames and a backdrop of vibrant tiles. The overall effect is immersive and dramatic, with a warm, contemporary design that encourages guests to settle in and enjoy the spectacle. The entertainment doesn’t stop at the open kitchen either — live DJs set the tone throughout the week, bringing a vibrant energy that flows from day to night.

Menu Highlights: Gordon Ramsay’s Iconic Dishes

At Hell’s Kitchen at The Cumberland Hotel, guests can discover the dishes synonymous with Hell’s Kitchen locations from around the world – iconic favourites paired with bold, new creations made just for London. In addition to the à la carte menu, for the first time guests can enjoy a selection of premium large cuts, perfect for sharing, including a 1.2kg Wagyu Tomahawk, 700g Bone-in Striploin, and 500g Chateaubriand.

Guests can dine on signatures such as pan-seared scallops lifted with subtle aromatics, lobster risotto built on a rich, slow-cooked stock, wagyu meatballs, and the iconic Beef Wellington that has become the restaurant’s defining centrepiece. Desserts include rich sticky toffee pudding and apple butterscotch cheesecake, a playful twist on a classic.In addition to the à la carte menu, Hell’s Kitchen London will offer a five course tasting menu, to showcase both Gordon Ramsay’s celebrated classics and new dishes shaped for London’s diners.
