A poor cameraman on a film set has been on the receiving end of a wayward shot from superstar footballer Alisha Lehmann.
The video, posted on TikTok, which is garnering the attention of fans, shows Lehmann unleash a powerful volley, straight at the cameraman.
Alisha immediately rushes over to apologise to the unfortunate filmer, but at least he bagged a hug from the stunning footballer.
Lehmann was on-set, recreating the iconic Nike x Ronaldinho crossbar challenge advert to announce her creator partnership with Fanvue, the subscription creator platform the 26 year-old has just joined.
Lehmann is the latest athlete to turn to a direct-to-fan monetisation model, with the Swiss star channeling her inner Brazilian – taking on the crossbar challenge made famous by the former Ballon d’Or winner.
Dispute the mishap, in the hero video Lehmann’s footballing technique, which has helped her land star roles at Aston Villa, Juventus and F.C Como – is on full display, hitting the crossbar four times in a row.
In exclusive quotes, Lehmann said:
“I’m entering my peak years on the pitch, and I want to be the best I can be. Fanvue’s specialist creator tools give me the freedom to focus on football, while still growing the creator side of the business.
Doing shoots like this, tapping into football fan passion points like nostalgia – this is the sort of content I’ll be bringing my fans. This creator model is how the next generation of Messi’s, Ronaldo’s and Alisha’s will grow their revenue off the pitch and I’m excited to be a part of it.”’
Commenting on the unfortunate incident, a Fanvue spokesperson simply said:
“No cameramen were harmed in the making of this video.”
Lehmann has a staggering 16m Instagram followers and now she is promising to connect with fans like never before, after signing the deal with Fanvue to grow her creator business. Fanvue has 17 million monthly active users, and is home to 250,000 creators.
