Promising to bring the flavours, high energy and spirit of Vietnam to the West End this summer, Vietnamese street food restaurant, HOP Vietnamese are thrilled to announce the launch of their third London based restaurant on 25th July.
Guests visiting the new Bond Street branch can expect to feel energised and uplifted as soon as they step foot in the space, which has been created to help visitors escape the everyday. Similar to the vibrant and multi-sensory food they serve, HOP are dedicated to creating unique spaces and consider every last detail, from how people move through the restaurants, to the soundtrack they hear as they grab their order. Each HOP restaurant is a gloriously unique riot of colour, texture and design.
This London restaurant launch follows on from their two hugely popular sites in Moorgate and St Pauls, where the HOP team take a remarkable average of 4500 orders per week.
From the three minutes it takes guests from placing their orders through digital ordering kiosks, to walking out of the door, HOP pride themselves on fantastic service whilst delivering fresh made-to-order, fully customised dishes inspired by Vietnamese street food vendors, all to an epic soundtrack that will have you dancing whilst you wait.

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make sure our new restaurant design and menu offering lands with a bang and I can’t wait to finally share this with the millions of people who pass through this spot every year.”The new opening comes as the Vietnamese chain adds further options to their ever expanding and delicious menu including a full breakfast range, bubble teas, iced Viet Coffees and a variety of homemade lemonades, as well as a children’s menu and a selection of beers and cocktails.
HOP’s forward-thinking digital approach and commitment to innovation creates a truly next-level customer experience as well as super fast ordering operation. The business will now be providing over 50 jobs across all three venues in the capital, and in a monumental move for the business, the Bond Street opening will be HOP’s first 7-day operation, opening from 7:30 AM right through to 10:00 PM.

The Bond Street restaurant will be located on Unit G12, West One Shopping Centre, London W1K 5JN and will also be available for order on Deliveroo.
