The IBOX Bank transactional bank has become the fastest growing bank in Ukraine, having launched several services at once in the last few months. According to the results of the first half of the year, IBOX Bank entered the Top-5 Ukrainian banks in terms of the growth of funds of legal entities.

It is worth noting that both analysts and bankers in Ukraine and the EU countries note the significant development of the bank, as well as the approach of management and shareholders.

Last month, IBOX Bank launched Apple Pay for Visa holders. In Ukraine, only several large banks can provide this service by Apple. The launch of Apple Pay payments has been prepared since the beginning of the year and included a long period of routine testing. Already today Apple Pay is available to IBOX Bank customers both through POS terminals in retail outlets, as well as on websites and applications in just one click. Following this, IBOX Bank offered the Garmin Pay service to Visa holders using Garmin devices.

In early September, the Ibox Bank expanded the scope of its merchant acquiring services by accepting payments for officially licensed casinos that have received a license from the Gambling and Lottery Regulatory Commission of Ukraine.

In addition, in early September, IBOX Bank was admitted to trading by the Ukrainian Exchange as a new player in the securities market.
According to the results of the first half of 2021, IBOX Bank JSC entered the Top-5 Ukrainian banks in terms of the increase in funds of legal entities. In July 2021, IBOX Bank increased its authorized capital from 200 to 281 million UAH and also launched the first payment card Veocard on the non-bank market of Ukraine together with Moneyveo.

It is worth noting that IBOX Bank also participates in various charitable projects, including the field of education, restoration of the Church of St. Nicholas, medical care, and many other projects.

The development of the bank became significantly more intensive after Alona Shevtsova became one of the main shareholders. It is worth noting that she has been successfully developing the LEO international payment system and the LeoGaming Pay financial company while being their founder and CEO.

LeoGaming Pay also sets ambitious goals, planning to increase its share in the Ukrainian online payment market from 8.5% now to more than 10% by the end of this year. Today, LEO international payment system is among the Top-5 largest players in this market in Ukraine.

In June 2021, the third President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko headed the Supervisory Board of the LEO international payment system  (LeoGaming Pay FC). In addition, the president of the Ukrainian Association of Payment Systems, Galina Kheilo, joined the supervisory board of the payment system.

IBOX Bank and LeoGaming Pay, as well as several other Ukrainian financial companies and banks, such as Monobank, are active participants of the fintech community in Ukraine and neighboring countries.

Experts and financiers compare and note the similarity of the dynamics of the development and achievements of the LEO international payment system with foreign payment systems and fintech companies such as PaySend, Skrill, and many others.

For example, in just 4 years since its foundation, PaySend has already served more than 4 million customers and 17,000 small and medium-sized enterprises and operates in more than 60 countries around the world, while the number of recipient countries exceeds 110.

PaySend currently supports connections between 12 billion cards worldwide via Mastercard, Visa, China UnionPay, and local payment systems.
