Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of The Park Clinic in Wimbledon, South West London.
Established in 1985, The Park Clinic is a seven-surgery private dental practice and specialist referral centre for periodontology, endodontics, oral surgery, CT scanning, orthodontics and implants. It is ideally located on Durham Road, in a highly sought-after residential area in Wimbledon.
The practice was previously owned by Dr Lidia Ferritto and was brought to market as part of her planning to reduce ownership responsibilities and focus on her clinical work.
Following a confidential sales process with Tony Walker at Christie & Co, it has been purchased by Mosaic Dental Group, which is co-owned by Dr Sharan Purewal.
