Channel 4 presenter and farmer Jimmy Doherty is hosting his amazing annual music and food festival, Jimmy’s Festival on 21st & 22nd July 2018. Headliners are Paul Young and the Happy Mondays!
Also confirmed are The Rats, The Bluetones, Marsicans, Longey & The Gospel Trash, Ashfields, MINT, Rory Hope, Bessie and Tom Lumley.
In addition to the line-up, the festival includes a programme of celebrity chef demonstrations in the Woodforde’s Kitchen area hosted by Joe Hurd including BOSH! and Double Dutch. Kid’s favourites Dick & Dom will also take to the main stage on Sunday, bringing their own brand of mayhem and comedy.
The festival is set to welcome 20,000 people over the weekend, who can immerse themselves in a laid back, friendly atmosphere with quality food, music and more. You can bring your dog too! In the heart Suffolk, Jimmy’s Farm boasts a wildlife park, reptile centre, butterfly house and an ancient woodland which will host workshops throughout the festival including den-building and woodland craft. On-site camping is also available.
Jimmy Doherty says ‘We are buzzing for this year’s line-up – it’s the best we’ve ever had. It’s so exciting to be bringing this much new talent as well as incredible headliners. The whole event has something for everyone with all the added extras, especially the incredible food – where else can you hang out with meerkats one minute, and the Happy Mondays the next?!’
