Levile TV presents Behind The Lens Documentary – A look into the what goes on behind the scenes in the TV & Film industry from talented UK filmmakers.
Directed by Olaitan Olaoye, The documentary looks at how your favourite filmmakers attained commissions, the trials and tribulations faced & the challenges that arise within BAME community when navigating through the UK industry. The themes are finance, politics within the industry, money, mental health & success of BAME talent.
The title Behind The Lens connotes the idea of what goes on behind the scenes. Different elements such as production, finances, family issues, mental health, lack of diversity and lack of representation are covered.
