Joe Marler and Mark Bonnar are going head-to-head once again – but this time the stakes are playful, the arena is out of this world, and the roles are reversed. Now, the pair are diving into a new challenge, aiming to settle the score through a LEGO Star Wars™ SMART Play™ battle.
Created in partnership with the LEGO Group, the series sees Joe and Mark – along with mini versions of themselves – face off in three high-energy challenges powered by LEGO Star Wars™ SMART Play™ technology. Each task pushes them to think like a Jedi – demanding lightning-fast reactions, tactical thinking, balance, control and the ability to stay calm. Mark will need to keep his cool to get through this one!
With LEGO SMART Play™ technology responding instantly to movement through light and sound, every tilt, bank, dodge and strike becomes part of the action. From Joe attempting to conquer the balance beam with his trademark balancing moves, to Mark revelling in the drama, the competition is anything but predictable. Can he match the chaos Joe and Mini Marler bring to the table?
Across the content series, the two teams take on:
A fast-paced targeting challenge where precision and movement decide who stays in the game the longest. From LEGO brick-built turrets, the Minis fire at Joe’s LEGO® SMART Play™: Darth Vader’s TIE Fighter™ and Mark’s LEGO® SMART Play™: Luke’s Red Five X-Wing™ set as they weave and fly around the room to avoid a critical hit.
A high-energy balance and agility relay race demanding focus, control and the ability to keep their LEGO® SMART Play™: Darth Vader’s TIE Fighter™ and LEGO® SMART Play™: Luke’s Red Five X-Wing™ sets active while navigating a series of obstacles – with a quick pit stop to refuel before the final push.
A final duel where timing and coordination decide who claims victory. Teams go head-to-head in a lightsabre-style battle taking place in the LEGO® SMART Play™ Throne Room Duel & A-Wing™, aiming to knock their opponent off the podium – with the LEGO SMART Brick registering every hit.
