Junkyard Golf Club, the original mavericks of crazy golf, are about to rock Camden this August and they’ve taken the game to an electrifying new level. Turning Camden into a weird and wild playground taking you on a twisted journey into their world from Wednesday 16th August 2023. Be ready to face your fears and lose your head as the brand-new venue becomes home to psychotic creepy clowns, cage-fighting grizzly bears, auto-junk disco dens and basement horror raves.

The innovative team behind Junkyard Golf Club has spared no expense in creating a jaw-dropping world of ‘over-the-top junk,’ featuring crashed planes, burnt-out cars, and a spine-chilling horror-inspired rave course, nestled in the basement. With four creatively mashed-up courses to choose from, putters can also pick from over 20 epic cocktails as they navigate past cage-fighting grizzly bears, or zigzag through a terrifying carousel filled with fairground junk surrounded by barbed wire and creepy clowns.
Situated right in the heart of Camden’s legendary market, the new venue is the largest yet, offering up more than the craziest golfing experience the venue also has 4 bars and a huge hang out area with neon seating, booths, disco lighting and an entire wall of classic arcade games. So there’s loads of room to tally scores and send the losers to the bar for epic cocktails like a “bubble gum sunset” or “Junkyard love club”. The bar also serves a snack food menu, with pizza twists and loaded nachos.
Junkyard Golf Club’s Camden site will also be launching a second phase later this year with WILDCAT a twist on a retro American diner inside the venue, which will occupy a spacious 1200 sq. ft. area or place orders for pick-up from anywhere within the venue.
Visitors can also expect to see the arrival of four arcade-style KARAOKE booths, each offering a self-service experience, including one booth with a unique setup inside a VW camper van. All built and designed by Junkyard Golf Club’s in-house team of ‘Junk Masters’, guests can ensure an unforgettable experience every time.
Speaking about the upcoming launch, Sam Jones, Managing Director of Junkyard Golf Club, said; “Camden feels like a spiritual home to us, where people have been expressing themselves and doing things their own way since the 60s. We’ve been working tirelessly to create our craziest venue yet, with our team of junk masters scouring the country for wrecked aircraft, vintage Minis, and bits of old fairground rides. We’ve created a new horror-inspired rave course, created from an old kitchen hidden in the basement, adding a thrilling twist to the experience.
Our list of epic cocktails has also expanded and refreshed, which is just the beginning of our plans for Camden’s site, with Karaoke and WILDCAT coming later this year. We can’t wait to open our latest creation and show people what we’ve been up to.’’
