One of the UK’s fastest growing Indian street food restaurant chains, Karak Chaii, is opening the doors to two brand new cafes in London as it continues its expansion across the capital.

Karak Chaii will be opening its new Wood Green cafe on High Road on Friday 20th December, closely joined by a new venue on Bath Road in Hounslow in early January.

Alongside a drinks menu that includes its signature chaii tea, Karak Chaii’s mouthwatering menu of all day breakfasts, small bites, sandwiches and desserts, takes its inspiration from street food from the Indian subcontinent, as well as beloved family recipes handed down by the co-founders’ late mothers.

Firm favourites include the Desi Breakfast; Masala Omelette Wrap; Bombay Tikka Sandwich; Butter Chicken and Masala Chips; Lotus Biscoff Milk Cake; and Gulab Jamon Cheesecake.

Karak Chaii co-founder, Sughir Javed, commented: “It’s fantastic to bring the delights of Karak Chaii to Wood Green and also to open our second cafe in Hounslow as we expand even further across London; our cafes have become a home away from home for many, providing not only authentic food but also a sense of connection and community.

“It’s always been about family for us. From the food to the atmosphere, Karak Chaii is a reflection of the values we hold dear.”

With its roots in the Birmingham suburb of Hall Green, Karak Chaii has already scaled to 26 stores nationwide with ambitious plans to expand internationally to markets like the USA, Saudi, India, Pakistan, Qatar, Kuwait and Dubai.

The new Wood Green cafe is located at 93 High Road, Wood Green, N22 6BB, and foodies will be able to visit the new Hounslow cafe at 750 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW5 9TY when it opens in early January. Both will be open seven days a week from 8am to 11pm.
