To see in the cosy season, ASK Italian has unveiled its deliciously warming new autumn menu, complete with Burrata Carbonara, Sticky Toffee Coffee Pudding and tasty Lasagne layers for every.single.course.
From 10th October, diners can start with the new Lasagne Fritti; bitesize cheesy lasagne pieces, coated in crispy breadcrumbs and served up with a spicy tomato dip. Then mix it up for the main course with the Spicy Pollo Lasagne, chicken breast and roasted peppers in a spicy arrabbiata sauce. Or for Lasagne-loyalists, stick with the classic beef and red wine ragu on fresh egg pasta sheets, topped with creamy bechamel and cheese.
To finish, make some space for dessert with ASK’s Chocolate Brownie Lasagne. Made up of three layers of rich, fudgy chocolate brownie with mascarpone and chocolate drizzle, it’s a sweet contender set to be a new favourite dessert this autumn.
That’s not all; ASK Italian is bringing the ultimate Buratta and Pancetta Carbonara – frilly tagliatelle with a velvety mascarpone sauce, topped with sweet slow-roasted tomatoes, fresh creamy burrata and crispy Italian smoked prosciutto.
STP fans, ASK has you covered! Their new Sticky Toffee Coffee Pudding is everything you love about the classic dessert, with an Italian twist. A delicious coffee sponge is served with a generous pouring of rich coffee infused sticky toffee sauce, finished with a scoop of salted caramel gelato. And it’s accidentally vegan too, win.
ASK Italian is committed to building restaurants and menus that are good for communities now and for generations to come. That’s why for autumn they’ve added a new local gin seasonal serve to their popular Community Spirit Cocktails and a sustainable upgrade to some of their starters. ASK Italian’s Bruschetta, Mushrooms Al Forno and Butterfly King Prawns are now served on Wildfarmed ciabatta bread made using Wildfarmed’s regenerative flour that’s better for the planet.
