London College of Communication are hosting a Processing Community Day in Zone 1’s Elephant & Castle to celebrate art, code and diversity within London. On Saturday 26th January, LCC will offer a learning experience of how to code which will be accessible to the Elephant & Castle community, to teach how to use universal coding platform, Processing and its web version, called p5.js.
The workshop is free and the programme is used by a global community of artists, coders, educators and students for learning how to code will be available. The Processing Community Day held in a 2017 was a success in improving diversity within the art and programming community, and 2019 is hoping to follow in the same footsteps – to broaden the reach of the foundation, with London PCD acting as part of this new network.
