Muntada Aid is proud to announce the launch of Ride Morocco, a three-day, 400km cycling challenge designed to push limits, celebrate culture, and champion humanity. London Cyclists and others from around the UK will be taking on this extraordinary journey across Morocco’s most iconic landscapes to raise vital funds for lifesaving work in Gaza, Sudan, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.

From the historic medina of Marrakesh to the windswept Atlantic coastlines of Essaouira and Agadir, participants will traverse mountain passes, rolling desert terrain, and rugged rural roads. The route includes long endurance stretches, steep ascents, and warm temperatures, making Ride Morocco a true test of physical and mental resilience. This is not just a ride, but an adventure for those who relish challenge, sunshine, and the chance to change lives.

By taking part, riders will help provide critical support for some of the world’s most vulnerable communities:

Emergency Relief in Gaza & Sudan
Both Gaza and Sudan are experiencing devastating humanitarian crises, with millions of civilians caught in conflict, displacement, hunger, and medical emergencies. Muntada Aid continues to deliver urgent support, including emergency food packs, clean water access, medical assistance, and essential supplies to families who have lost homes and livelihoods.

Heart Care for Children
Funds will also support Muntada Aid’s Little Hearts Project, providing free, life-saving heart surgeries to children suffering from congenital heart defects in Bangladesh, Pakistan, and beyond. Delivered by volunteer specialist teams, these surgeries give children, many with no access to medical care, the chance to survive and thrive. To date, the programme has transformed thousands of young lives, offering hope where there once was none.

Cyclists will not only experience Morocco’s vibrant food, culture, and hospitality, but also ride in solidarity with children and families whose lives depend on humanitarian intervention.

Naif Sheikh, CEO of Muntada Aid, commented, “Ride Morocco is more than a challenge; it’s a journey of empathy, resilience, and shared humanity. The terrain will be demanding and the kilometres long, but every pedal stroke is a symbol of solidarity. This ride reflects our belief that together, we can support children fighting for their lives and families enduring unimaginable hardship in Gaza, Sudan, and across the world. We welcome riders who believe sport can be a force for good.”

Ride Morocco offers participants an inspiring opportunity to push themselves physically while making a lasting humanitarian impact. From breathtaking landscapes to an unforgettable experience, this challenge embodies purpose, adventure, and the spirit of giving.
