DEXTERS, London’s leading independent Estate Agent and Chartered Surveyor, has continued year-on-year growth in its 2025* Report and Accounts, confirming an 11% rise in revenue to £247 million (2024: £222m) with underlying operating profit up 10% to £52 million (2024: £47m). The results driven by investment in colleague development and new office openings, resulting in high performance and strong sales and lettings activity across the capital.

DEXTERS highlight that of the 11% revenue growth, 9% was organic, the balance through acquisitions, including Keatons in east London. The business maintained its 21% profit margin, mirroring the same strong performance as the previous year.

Turnover from lettings increased by 9% to £161 million, accounting for 65% of total income (2024: £148m); with residential sales revenue increasing by 17% to £80 million (2024: £68), a record performance for the sales division; and other income accounting for £6 million (2024: £6m).

DEXTERS say that the success of the business is down to several key factors. A key driver of growth is the continued investment in colleagues. DEXTERS is the UK’s first Estate Agency employer provider, offering a range of apprenticeships and accreditations. The DEXTERS Academy was established in 2017 and has helped 587 colleagues graduate (71% with distinction) in industry-specific apprenticeship qualifications and professional development programmes, and a further 300 colleagues are currently enrolled.

The Academy ensures DEXTERS offers clients trusted and professional advice through all stages of their property journey. This commitment is why 90% of DEXTERS managers started their careers as trainees in the business. During 2024-25, the number of full-time colleagues rose to 2,414 (2024; 2,189), with over 400 holding Propertymark certifications, and a further 115 members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. DEXTERS has the most qualified and expert teams across London, ensuring clients receive the highest standards of professional advice.

This continued development has enabled DEXTERS to open new offices during the 2024-25 financial year in key locations including Canada Water, Greenwich, Kennington, Queens Park and Surbiton.

The group has over 300,000 customers across London, and the exceptional level of customer service provided by colleagues results in over 70% of the group’s new business coming from word-of-mouth recommendations. DEXTERShas a consistent track record of providing first-class service with over 95,000 Google reviews and an average rating of 4.9 out of 5 stars.

DEXTERS highlights that there remains a strong and sustained demand amongst customers for buying and renting homes in London. Up to 60,000 viewings are arranged every month, with over 30,000 properties successfully sold or let for clients over the financial year.

DEXTERS, founded in 1993 and led by CEO Ash Kashyap, working alongside Chairman Justin King CBE, is the fastest-growing Estate Agency business in London. The group now operates 176 offices across the capital.

Ash Kashyap, CEO of DEXTERS says: “In the face of a challenging macro environment, DEXTERS has once again continued to perform and thrive due to our investing in London’s local high streets, expansion of our unrivalled office network and commitment to career development with a focus on customer service. This has resulted in continued success and provided colleagues with unrivalled opportunities for promotion and career development.”

Ash Kashyap observes: “Our organic growth in prime central London sales and lettings for the 2024-25 financial year was 11%. We have maintained our strong market presence in north and west London with significant opportunities for further expansion within the M25. Whilst DEXTERS is predominantly focused on local markets, we are becoming a globally recognised brand with significant enquiries coming to our corporate and international relocation specialist team.”

Ash Kashyap adds: “DEXTERS continues to be committed to and confident in the long-term future of the UK capital. London remains a highly desirable place to live, study and work, attracting both domestic and international buyers as well as tenants who choose to make the city their home.”

DEXTERS has the ambition to double its revenue over the next five years, with six new offices in the pipeline over the current financial year, further acquisitions which have completed since the year end and plans to take on 200 new colleagues via its in-house Training Academy in 2026. Due to continued demand and expansion, the Academy will be moving to a new, larger premises in Clapham this spring
