Magical Mischief makes its enchanting return to the Studio Tour, inviting visitors to explore the delightful chaos caused by the mischievous Weasley twins in the Harry Potter films.
The journey begins in the Great Hall, where fans can relive Fred and George Weasley’s iconic departure from Hogwarts as fireworks illuminate the set, all while Professor Umbridge watches from afar. Adding even more to the fan favourite feature, a new event, Magical Mischief After Dark, joins the Studio Tour offering in early 2026.
The feature reveals how two of the most iconic scenes from Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, which celebrates its 25th Anniversary in 2026, were achieved – the enchanted Hogwarts acceptance letters flying through the air and the clever techniques used to bring Harry Potter’s Invisibility Cloak to life on-screen.
Fans will also be able to discover the spellbinding trickery behind Aunt Petunia’s levitating cake.

Visitors will remember the scene from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, where Neville Longbottom finds himself dangling helplessly from the ceiling, thanks to a swarm of mischievous Cornish Pixies, during Gilderoy Lockhart’s Defence Against the Dark Arts class. As part of the feature, fans are encouraged to find all pixies hidden throughout the tour with their Magical Mischief activity passport to help guide them.
This year sees the introduction of a brand-new personal evening event, for those wanting to do something different over the Valentine’s weekend, Magical Mischief After Dark. Taking place on 13th and 14th February, this evening event will allow guests to see film trickery up close, with multiple stations located throughout the Studio Tour. Original props from the films will take centre stage, such as Lavender Brown’s cupid bow pendant that she gives to Ron Weasley.
Those attending the event will experience extra touches of magic with after-hours access of the Studio Tour, colour changing mocktails and cocktails, photo opportunities and a take home exclusive for the event.
Tickets for Magical Mischief After Dark will be available to purchase from Tuesday 2nd December at 10am at wbstudiotour.co.uk
