DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs charity fundraising campaign has now raised over £170,000 for Bridges for Music.
Bridges for Music is a non profit organisation focused on empowering young talent from under-served communities. Through their schools and courses, they provide learning programs to enhance the creative potential of young people from under-resourced communities.
To align with the results of Top 100 DJs 2025, DJ Mag invited every DJ in the Top 100 DJs poll to consider giving back by sponsoring the education of at least one student at the Bridges for Music Academy in Langa, South Africa.
Five-time World’s No.1 DJ, Martin Garrix launched the campaign with an initial donation of £34,000 on the opening day. This was later matched by Skrillex and by the time the results were announced, an incredible 42% of artists had donated, collectively raising £170,832 and making it the largest single fundraiser in the history of Bridges for Music.

The funds raised will pay for 170 young people from under-served communities to complete the Bridges for Music Programs, combining music, mental health support and entrepreneurship and providing access to the music industry. Beneficiaries will be young people from under-served communities and will attend the program in person at the Bridges Academy, Africa’s leading music school based in Langa, South Africa’s oldest township.
