A man has been charged following an investigation into a video posted online that showed a cardboard model of Grenfell Tower being burnt.
Paul Bussetti, 46 (30.05.72) [B] of South Norwood was charged on Friday, 12 April with two counts of sending/causing to be sent grossly offensive material via a public communications network, contrary to section 127 (1) (a) and (3) of the Communications Act 2003.
He is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 30 April.
Five other men, aged 19 [A], 49 [C], 49 [D] 55 [E] and 19 [F] arrested under section 4a of the Public Order Act remain released under investigation.
