City & Country sprinkled some festive magic over its award- winning Manningtree Park development in Essex and created a Winter Wonderland complete with Father Christmas and real reindeer – Dasher and Dancer.
More than 200 people enjoyed the festive gathering, which also offered Manningtree Park residents and members of the local community face painting, carol singing and food and drink stalls.
Visitors to event on Sunday, were welcomed at the Sales Suite by a helpful elf, who guided them through a sparkling grotto where Father Christmas was in residence.
In letters written to Santa, the children asked for a wide range of gifts, including ‘a live’ guinea pig, a helicopter, a Batman skateboard and a combine harvester.
Their Christmas wishes were then posted to the North Pole from the Manningtree Park post box.
Youngsters were then invited to feed carrots to the real reindeer, Dasher and Dancer, as well as listen to carols song by Evolution Foundation College choir.
